Locum Opportunities

Our physicians value their work-life balance, after all they did choose to work in a community where they can paddle to work and cover on-call from the beach! There are great locum opportunities in Kenora!

  • General Practitioner locum assignments are available as clinic only, ER only or clinic/ER blend for short (1 week or several weeks) or longer term (1-3 months)
  • Specialty locum assignments are available with our Internal Medicine, General Surgery and Psychiatry departments
  • Locum assignments are available with our First Nations partners for $1,000-$1,500/day and via the Rural Family Medicine Locum Program. Travel and expenses are compensated. FM physicians can also work in the ER with ACLS.
