At October’s meeting, the ANHP OHT Partner Table had a long term care discussion around the transition of the new Wiigwas Elder and Senior Care and its vision, reviewed the process for funding proposal submissions, and planned for a “Reset and Refocus” meeting to take place in December for signatory Partners to regroup and articulate the key priorities for both the short-term (March 2022) and long-term.

This week, the ANHP OHT Partner Table heard a presentation on the Kenora Justice Centre initiative and the status of the project. Partners shared how they were recognizing September 30th as National Day for Truth & Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. Partners discussed collaborating on highlighting achievements and successes of the ANHP.

This week, the ANHP OHT Partner Table heard an update on the All Nations Hospital, discussed what partners were doing to recognize September 30th as National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, reviewed Ontario Health Team Collaborative Quality Improvement Plan Indicators, and lead generative discussions on Vaccination and Antigen Testing policies for staff and prevention for partner’s health care workers.
